Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls oats powder.


  • 1/2 bowls wheat flour


  • 01 tsp salt


  • 1 bowls mixed vegetable subzi


  • 4 nos slices of cheese or grated cheese


  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce


  • 2 tbsp hung curd or mayo sauce


  • 1 tbsp oregano

Directions

  • Take a big bowl.
  • Put oats powder and wheat flour in it.
  • Add salt in it.
  • Now knead it and make a dough.
  • Now take a flat pan.
  • Put it on the flame.
  • Make 2 Rotis.
  • Rotis should be little bit thick.
  • Now on 1 roti spread hung curd.
  • Now spread subzi on curd.
  • Sprinkle some oregano on the subzi.
  • Then grate the cheese or put cheese slices on it.
  • Now spread pizza sauce on the other roti.
  • Cover the first one with this roti.
  • Now heat the pan.
  • Brush it with oil.
  • Put the oats pizza roti on it.
  • Brush it with oil on both side of roti.
  • Flip it slowly.
  • When it gets brown and crispy.
  • Plate it.
  • Cut into pizza slices.
  • Serve it hot with ketchup or chutney.
